As an industry leader in the production equipment sector, TZ has developed a comprehensive selection of manufacturing capabilities, spanning from smelting and casting to assembly. Seen here is the casting process of the front platen on the world's largest aluminum extrusion press. This casting piece weight is over 420 tons. The workpiece that has been processed weighs 379 tons. Our company has heavily invested into and operates an advanced smelting and casting system. This system has the capability to produce 935 tons of molten steel and more than 600 tons of cast steel in a single run. On a routine basis the company will independently develop and produce a wide collection of machines, such as 125MN double-column high speed forging press, 180T manipulator and 450T forging head crane.

Currently, the total production capacity of our heavy-duty equipment manufacturing plant is second to none in China. This manufacturing plant is 290 meters long and 109 meters wide. Its maximum lifting capacity reaches 450 tons, and the lifting height is up to 25 meters. In this manufacturing plant, we operate a CNC boring and milling machine sourced from the German company WALDRICH COBURG. This allows us to accomplish one-step processing of 60 meters long, 8 meters wide and 8 meters high materials.

Demonstrated here are two CNC floor type boring and milling machines. They have been acquired from the Italian company, PAMA and feature boring rod diameter of 260 mm. Our rotary table is 5 meters long and 5 meters wide. It has a loading capacity of up to 250 tons. This equipment processes spare parts which are 5 meters high and 20 meters long. In addition, TZ is equipped with a diverse range of heavy-duty machine tools. They are used for processing large components. The general assembly of all components is conducted in our manufacturing plant. This ensures that our quality control team can identify all the potential problems in-house. This entire assembly process involves the assembly of all components, the general assembly of equipment, piping precision adjustment, high-pressure testing, as well as movement test.
